Ownership on the Line
Re/Max Results was not looking for a compromise. They wanted adequate space, modern finishes, and an address clients could find without instructions. Inventure took ownership position in the deal rather than advising from the sidelines, which meant the outcome had to be right. The original brick was preserved and set against new white EIFS and glass. The interior was fully retrofit with a new elevator, new mechanical and electrical systems, and finish work that reads like new construction. A clean, simple site plan tied it together. The result is a building that reintroduced a forgotten corner of Highway 15 to the market.
