The First National Bank of Saint Cloud, originally opened in 1889, currently still has limited lease space available to long term tenants. Home to many historic business throughout St. Cloud’s history, this historic property is located at the corner of 5th Avenue S and West St. Germain. The First National Bank of Saint Cloud couldn’t be nearer to downtown businesses, restaurants, shopping and entertainment.
Once crowned the “Gem of St. Cloud”, the building was added to the National Register of Historic places in 1982 (the first in the area) on the National Historic Registry and has received approval through the State Historic Preservation Office of Minnesota (SHPO) and the National Park Service (NPS) a Historic Rehabilitation. Renovations aim to preserve as much history as possible giving unique character, while the updates the building will have ensure tenants the conveniences of a modern office building in the desirable downtown location.
