PROJECT OVERVIEW

Viking Electric Supply is an electrical component supply company based out of Wisconsin with multiple locations in Minnesota. This project was a ground up, lease back development completely custom designed for the purposes of their business opening in 2015. The structure is 25,000 square feet of total space divided into 5,000 square feet dedicated to office/retail space and the remaining 20,000 square feet as warehouse space. Architectural features include colored composite panels at the front entry points making this build unique like no other.
