A Foundation Built on Decades of Execution
Douglas J. Boser brings over 35 years of commercial construction leadership to Inventure. Boser founded his construction company in 1996 and spent more than two decades building it into a respected regional firm before executing a deliberate ownership transition selling the company to two of the companies’ employees in 2017. That transaction reflected both the firm’s operational depth and Boser’s discipline in building organizations designed to outlast their founders.
What is lesser known is that Boser quietly founded Inventure in early 2008 long before it carried a public presence. For nearly a decade, Inventure operated behind the scenes alongside his construction company, taking shape as a vision before it was a market reality. It was not until the summer of 2017, following the sale of his construction firm, that Boser brought Inventure forward and positioned it as a standalone platform built for growth.
