This policy explains what personal information Inventure Real Estate collects through inventureproperties.com, why, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. “Inventure”, “we” and “us” mean Inventure Real Estate (also known as Inventure Properties and InventureCRE), 24 8th Ave South, Saint Cloud, MN 56301.
Information you give us
- Contact and inquiry forms: your name, email address, phone number, company and the message you send, so we can answer you.
- Maintenance requests: the details a tenant enters in a work order (name, contact details, property and a description of the problem), so we can schedule and complete the work.
- Playbook and resource downloads: your name, email address and the details the form asks for, so we can send you the resource and follow up about our services.
- Emails and phone calls: whatever you choose to share with our team.
Our forms are provided by HubSpot, which stores the information you submit on our behalf.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, our hosting and security services record technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the date and time, to run the site and protect it from abuse. With your permission where the law requires it (see Cookies below), we also use analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site.

This site does not use advertising or retargeting cookies, and we do not sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
How we use your information
- To answer inquiries and provide brokerage, development, owner’s representation, property management and facility services.
- To handle maintenance requests for the properties we manage.
- To send resources you ask for and, where allowed, information about our services. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time with the link in each email.
- To understand and improve how the site works, when analytics cookies are allowed.
- To keep the site secure and to meet our legal obligations.
Legal bases (European visitors)
If the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or UK GDPR applies to you, we rely on your consent for analytics cookies, on steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract and on the contract itself when you are a client or tenant, on our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries and running and securing our business, and on legal obligations where they apply.
Who we share information with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, under contracts that limit how they may use it: WordPress.com (Automattic) for hosting, HubSpot for forms and our customer database, Google for analytics and maps, Microsoft for Clarity, Buildout for listings and Trustindex for reviews. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business. We do not sell personal information.
International transfers
We are based in the United States and our service providers store data in the United States. If you visit from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. Where GDPR applies, our providers rely on recognized transfer safeguards such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and client information for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected and for our legal, tax and record-keeping obligations. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of each analytics service. We delete or anonymize information we no longer need.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, to move it to another provider, to withdraw consent at any time, and to opt out of the sale of personal information or its use for targeted advertising (we do neither). We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

Children
This site is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections and a website firewall. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
