A Build Structured to Perform
The development was conceived and delivered by Inventure Real Estate on an aggressive timeline, breaking ground in August 2024 and welcoming its first residents in August 2025 alongside the medical school’s inaugural class. To protect that schedule, the team specified prestressed precast columns, beams, and hollowcore planks for the building’s podium, allowing offsite production and onsite preparation to advance in parallel.
